What you pay in year one, what you pay on renewal and exactly how to cancel — everything you need to know before subscribing to TotalAV Plus.

The first-year price and what comes after

TotalAV Plus is priced at £19 for the first year. This is an introductory rate — it applies to new subscribers for the first 12-month term. After that initial period, the subscription renews automatically at £99 per year.

The auto-renewal means you don't need to do anything to stay protected — TotalAV will charge your card and continue protecting your devices without interruption. You'll receive a renewal reminder before the charge goes through, so you always have advance notice.

All prices include applicable VAT. Payment is collected via the card you provide at sign-up.

What's included in TotalAV Plus

At £19 for year one, you get the full TotalAV Plus suite:

  • Real-time antivirus protection against viruses, malware, ransomware and trojans
  • Zero Day cloud scanning for newly emerging threats
  • WebShield browser extension blocking phishing and scam sites
  • Safe Browsing VPN with AES-256 encryption
  • Total Password — a secure credential vault
  • Total Adblock — ad removal for faster browsing
  • System tune-up tools including disk cleaner and browser manager
  • Coverage for up to 3–4 devices across Windows, Mac, iOS and Android

There's no stripped-down version at the introductory price — you get the same complete plan that renews at £99.

The money-back guarantee

Annual plan subscribers have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within the first 30 days that TotalAV isn't the right fit, contact TotalAV support at support@totalav.com and request a full refund. No partial refunds apply beyond that window unless required by consumer law.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting TotalAV support at support@totalav.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal — the current billing period runs to its end, after which no further charge is taken.

There is no penalty for cancelling early, and no minimum term beyond the billing period you're currently in. If you're within the first 30 days and want a refund, use the money-back guarantee route above.
